Poor WiFi connection. However, the room was in the corner of the building. Single beds were not prepared (not separated) for our check-in. However, it was fixed later.

Convenient location to travel to Pompei and the coast!
The room was modern, well furnished and comfortable. The TV in the room was very big! The beds were comfortable. The breakfast coffee was very tasty! The staff were very friendly.
The bathroom drains were very smelly, had to keep the bathroom door closed. The breakfast was ok, but could do with a smaller variety of higher quality, and bigger heaters to keep eggs/bacon warmer.

Location was good, but the hotel was not as expected for a 4 star. Toilet was leaking, and the hotel entrance was very tight. breakfast was minimal. I was expecting more for a 4 star hotel and the price

Clean hotel, Kind staff and nice breakfast!
The hotel is located next to the main train station and there are many shops and restaurants in the corner. The main streets of the city is accessible either by bus and walk. The hotel is clean and all you need is in the room. The hotel atmosphere is calm and is recommended for families. The staff is super-kinds and helpful. The reception staff (Dalila) gave me a bottle of wine as gift when I checked out! Thankful for this amazing Napolitan hospitality!
The room is small. But it is OK for one guest but not for 2. The neighborhood is not good at nights. Although it is near the train station and it is a real advantage, this neighborhood is not clean.
